The Manayara lake shore is congested with various bird species and as you go bird watching you may come across the tree climbing lions.

The park holds a number of large animals and spectacular cliffs by the Rift valley escarpment which form a vivid background. Later in the afternoon we shall drive from the park to our place of accommodation in the tented camp.

We shall get an opportunity to enjoy sights of hunting lions chasing after the wildebeests particularly during the annual wildebeests migration.

Within these vast fascinating plains you will enjoy sights of lions, zebras, elephants, wildebeests, giraffes and lions and on a fortunate day even leopards plus cheetahs. In addition you will marvel at the prolific birdlife that includes the large flightless ostriches and the grand secretary bird among many others. Dine and sleep at the tented camp.

During our drive to Ngorongoro, we shall get an opportunity to see the Masai people’s lifestyle. On reaching the gate entrance, we shall be briefed about the intriguing volcanic terrain, drive by the edge of the spectacular crater getting an opportunity to look into the crater’s floor where we shall see numerous wildebeests and buffaloes before descending to its floor.

With the exception of giraffes whose elongated legs cannot cope with the steep walls of the crater, there is a wide variety of animals you will see in this crater among which are lions, rhinos, leopards, elephants plus buffaloes.
